This Privacy Policy explains how Tersier Güvenlik ("we", "us") processes personal data in connection with the Tersier Güvenlik mobile application and connected camera/alarm services (the "Service"), in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and applicable regulations.

1. Data We Process

• Account information: username, name, phone number, e-mail address (if provided).
• Camera footage: live video from your own cameras and short video/photo clips recorded when an alarm is triggered.
• Device and notification data: the push notification token of the phone running the app, and the identity/status information of your connected security devices.
• Alarm records: technical logs such as detection time, camera name and event type.

2. Purposes of Processing

• Providing live viewing, human-detection and alarm services,
• Sending you notifications, triggering the siren and, where configured, calling you by phone when an alarm occurs,
• Ensuring the security of the Service and resolving technical issues.

3. Storage and Security

Data is stored on servers managed by us and hosted in Türkiye. All data transmission takes place over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS and encrypted tunnels). Camera footage is accessible only to the account owner and the users they authorize. Alarm video recordings are kept for as long as the Service requires and are deleted upon your request.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Your personal data is never sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Limited sharing takes place only with infrastructure providers required for the Service to operate: push notification delivery (Google Firebase / Apple Push), alarm panel siren triggering and automated voice-call infrastructure. Data may be shared with competent authorities where required by law.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to processing. To exercise these rights, e-mail grandiff1@outlook.com with the subject "Data Request". You may request complete deletion of your account and data from the same address; requests are fulfilled within 30 days at the latest.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at users under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
